Our menus are inspired from the traditions of the area. We use mostly local produce, or, wherever possible, produce grown on our land. Menus change daily, but are sufficiently varied to provide something for all tastes. We often organise themed lunches or dinners, based on what is freshly available (wild boar, rabbit, small farm animals). If necessary, we can prepare menus suitable for guests with specific food intolerances, on a diet, or for vegetarians.
